ADU plumbing in Los Angeles
Building a backyard unit or turning a garage into one? Arie does the plumbing from the ground up: the drain lines under the slab, the water lines, and the fixtures at the end.

From the ground up
An ADU (a backyard home, granny flat or garage conversion) needs the same plumbing as a house, only smaller: drain lines under the slab, a vent for every fixture, water lines in the walls, then a kitchen and a bathroom.
The underground part goes in before the concrete is poured, so it has to be right the first time. Arie handles it from the trench up to the last faucet.
