Finding the leak is the job
Water rarely shows up where the leak is. It runs along a pipe or a beam and appears somewhere else: a stain on the ceiling, a damp patch on the carpet, a smell in a closet.
Arie tracks it down and fixes it, from a dripping faucet to a pipe inside the wall. A quick check you can do first: turn off every tap in the house and look at the water meter. If it still moves, water is going somewhere.
