Turn off the water first
Most sinks and toilets have a small valve underneath: turn it to the right until it stops. If you cannot find one, or the water is coming from a wall or ceiling, shut off the main valve. It is usually where the water line comes into the house, or at the water meter near the street. If the water heater is leaking, turn off the cold water valve on top of the heater.
Then call Arie and tell him what you see. A photo by text helps him know what to bring. Arie is closed on Saturday; if it happens then, turn off the water and call him on Sunday.
