In an apartment building or a duplex, the drains from several kitchens and bathrooms usually join into one shared line. When that line clogs, the unit lowest down backs up first, even if the clog started somewhere else.
Arie finds where the shared line is blocked and clears it. When grease has built up along the whole line, hydro jetting cleans it out so it stops coming back.
